Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use field trips, cold calls, and networking to find and attract new customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales conferences with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain good customer connections to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed earnings and revenue goals.
- Provide product expertise and solutions to fulfill client requirements.
- Monitor market developments, competition actions, and client preferences.
- Make sure you follow up on leads and close them on schedule.
- Keep precise documentation of sales efforts, interaction with clients, and lead status.
- Work with insiders to provide a seamless introduction to customers and service delivery.
- Travel throughout Kolar and the surrounding areas to optimize sales prospects.
Candidate Profile:
- At least two years of selling in the field experience, particularly in banking and financial services, consumer goods, retail, or B2B sales.
- Effective communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
- Established capacity to acquire leads and negotiate sales transactions.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive.
- A solid grasp of acquiring and retaining clients techniques.
- Expertise with CRM technologies and the Office 365 Suite.
- An eagerness to travel widely in Kolar.
- Experience with life insurance, overall insurance, financial products, or selling directly.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Capability to understand market trends and create successful sales strategies.
