Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (1-8 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales by meeting clients in person, building relationships, and promoting products or services. This role requires regular travel to visit clients, negotiate deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet with potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by closing deals with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations in the field.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and client feedback to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales.
- Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
- Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 - 38
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
