We are hiring a Agency Development Manager for supervising and Hiring or sales team ,who is responsible for identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruit And Train Financial Advisor from own reference

- Compare the Performance of the team and take necessary actions

- Develop trusting Relationship among the team and client

- Develop innovative procedure according to market trends

- In the agency sector to meet sales targets and increase market share.

- Manage, coach, and supervise a sales team to reach and top sales targets.

- Create and keep connections with crucial clients and channel partners in order to increase earnings and sales.

- Monitor agent performance and ensure targets are met.

- Develop and implement sales strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with agents.

- Prepare reports on agency performance.

Requirement Candidates :

- Qualification : Bachelors' Degree

- Experience : Minimum 1 Years in any sales

- Sound local network required

- Maximum CTC : 3.8lpa
