- Develop an effective agency channel for assign branch
- Managing the recruitment of Agents and Wellness Officers
- Sales & Business Development of insurance products
- Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners
- Should be balance between Sales & Claims
- Analyzing health insurance business potential.
- Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
- Achievement of overall sales targets.
- Execute sales promotional activities.
