We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Manager to lead our team in driving sales and achieving growth targets within the life insurance sector.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of direct sales representatives.

Requirements :

- Proven sales management experience in life insurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
