Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Gather market and customer information
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
- Provide the customer with quotations as per their need.
- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry researching and analysing sales options.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Identify Areas in the sales process and provide improvements if necessary.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
- Liaise with delivery team to check the progress of existing orders.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
