- Recruiting potential agents in the market.
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Mandated Candidate :
- It must be the graduation
- minimum of 2+ years of skilled sales and marketing
- Age : 21 to 38 year
- CTC : 2.75 To 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
