Job Description :
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting clients face-to-face, pitching insurance products, and closing sales. You will manage your own territory and build long-term relationships with customers to achieve your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers in the field, explain products, and close sales.
- Build and maintain a client base to achieve long-term business.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Report daily sales activities and results.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
