Position Name : Field Sales Executive
About Role :
- Candidates have to work on managing channel partners daily to meet sales in a defined territory. Meet the personnel to generate targeted business.
- Build an excellent relationship with all concerned personnel and should meet all service and sales-related requirements for the assigned branches.
- The person should be comfortable in dialing the numbers daily with the borrowers for channel partners or support to branch personnel.
- Maintain weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the customers. Will be able to handle/solve queries from relationships
- Prepare conversion report on a fortnightly basis to share with NRMs/RRMs
- Managing branch audit and able to train on products, process and process documentation for branch personal
- Should have a target-based mindset and be ready to face new challenges.

Eligibility Requirements :
Experience : Candidate should have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in insurance or finance sales)
Qualification : Graduate candidates with a minimum of 60% of marks in any 2 academics. (No educational gap will be considered)
Location : Mumbai. Candidates should be flexible to travel as well. It's an on-site job
Package : Upto 5lacs/ annum.
Communication Skills : Candidate should have fluency in English communication. Local language knowledge will also be preferable.
Skills Required :
- The candidate should have very fluent communication in English. Knowing local languages will also be preferable. Must have good interpersonal skills to build a relationship with customers.
- Must be a target-oriented and self-motivated person with a go-getter attitude.
- Must be comfortable traveling in different locations of branch territory.
