Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Drive sales and expand our agency network by engaging with insurance agents and developing new business opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and recruit new insurance agents and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Educate agents on life insurance products.
- Provide field support and training.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local.
