Job Description : We are Looking for Young, Energetic and Diligent Managers for Life Insurance Company the Role Holder Will Drive Sales Targets of the Organization for Both Traditional & Ulip Insurance Schemes Through a Network of Insurance Consultants.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduation
Age : 21 to 30 Years
CTC : Up to 2.80 LPA+ incentive + Other benefit
- Minimum 6 Month Experience in any sales & Marketing/ Field sales
- Local candidate
- Good communication Skill
- Good Team handling Skill
