- Trying to push Sales : Regularly surpass the expected sales goal with the help of your own team of strategists.

- Maintain team performance and output


- Always assess output and raise team productivity.

- Manage and lead the group of advisors.

- Training and Education : Give training, monitor the team's advisors' developmental needs, and give performance comments.

- Involves visiting to the sole need is that the candidate is actually willing to make the sales.
