Executive - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- As a Manager, your main responsibility is to establish and maintain positive relationships between the company and its clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your goal is to foster long-term partnerships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with the sales team to pursue them.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to sales management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all client interactions.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Required candidate :
- Qualification : Graduate
- Age : Minimum 23 Years - Maximum 40 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Attractive personality.
