Executive - Field Sales - Banking (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive in Field Banking, you will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services directly to clients in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting the target customers to market banking products and services.
- Studying customer needs and suggesting which financial instruments to choose.
- Cultivating and nurturing client relations for satisfaction and retention to enhance service delivery.
- Salesmen being in charge of receiving leads from other departments in the business and then taking the necessary steps to turn these leads into sales that are actualized.
- Keeping abreast with current products, services, and the general banking industry practices.
- Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to the team leader and providing updates on the sales activity.
- Collaborating with other internal departments to guarantee that the onboarding process of customers proceeds as planned and on time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in banking sales, field sales, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, especially loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
