Executive - Field Sales - Bank (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a field sales executive to drive sales through our agency channel. This role involves building relationships with agency partners, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage relationships with agency partners to promote and sell company products and services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular training and support for agency partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and after-sales processes
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agency channel or relevant industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Customer-centric with a focus on providing solutions
- Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities
- Willingness to travel as required
