Executive - Field Sales - Automotive Parts (5-15 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Field Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outdoor sales within the automotive parts industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with dealership clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE automotive dealership network.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of automotive parts and accessories.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any issues.
Market Analysis :
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and customer preferences.
Sales Performance :
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Product Knowledge :
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product range and industry developments.
- Provide clients with expert advice on product features, benefits, and applications.
Customer Service :
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and address any post-sale concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve service delivery.
Administrative Duties :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on payment collections.
Requirements :
- Must currently be employed as a parts outdoor salesperson with a dealership in the UAE.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales within the automotive parts industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license.
