Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Locations: Noida/Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Dhanbad/Deoghar, Jharkhand, Kolkata (Hooghly), West Bengal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in the automobile industry.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Achievement : Drive sales targets and achieve growth in line with company objectives.

Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

Territory Management : Manage and grow the sales pipeline in your assigned area.

Reporting : Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM.

Feedback Collection : Gather customer and market feedback to assist in product development and improvement.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile sector.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Proficiency in local language and English.

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Notice Period: Available to join within 0-15 days.
