Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Agriculture business in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our agricultural products to farmers, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers in the region.

- Identify potential customers and generate new leads to expand the customer base.

- Conduct market research to gather information about customer needs and preferences.

- Understand the features and benefits of our products and provide accurate product information to customers.

-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may have.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid driving license and a vehicle is required.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary: - 8,826.17 - 22,581.76 per month
