Executive - Field Sales - Agri (0-4 yrs)
Prospecting: Identify and target standalone restaurants in the designated area for potential partnership opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with restaurant owners or decision-makers to present Farmtheory's services and benefits.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong and lasting relationships with prospective restaurant partners, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
- Onboarding: Assist newly acquired restaurant partners with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to Farmtheory's platform.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Farmtheory's offerings and capabilities to effectively communicate the value to potential partners.
- Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales or business development with the ability to drive results.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. (English or Kannada)
- Self-Motivation: Self-driven and motivated to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of Local Restaurant Scene: Understanding of the local restaurant industry and the challenges they face is a plus.
