Executive - Field Sales (1-3 yrs)
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth by meeting clients in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Present and promote products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in FMCG, insurance, real estate, or any direct sales industry.
- Prefer local candidate
