Executive - Field Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Activities : Sell company products and services to targeted customers within the assigned branch area.
- Customer Engagement : Attend all enquiry calls within the established turnaround time (TAT) to provide prompt assistance to potential clients.
- Lead Generation : Generate leads through door-to-door activities and cold calls in the assigned territory, expanding the customer base effectively.
- Reporting : Submit daily call reports to the reporting manager, detailing customer interactions and sales activities.
- Maximize Capacity Utilization : Identify and generate sales from low-utilized elements within the assigned area to enhance overall capacity utilization.
- Promotional Activities : Conduct weekly Below The Line (BTL) activities, including kiosk setups, leafleting, and brochure distribution to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
