Executive - Field Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.
- The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the designated territory.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
Sales Presentations :
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.
- Customize presentations to highlight key benefits and meet client needs.
Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance.
Market Intelligence :
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience or relevant sales experience for Minimum 1 Year is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bike and RC mandatory.
