Job Summary:
The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility. This role involves direct customer interaction, event participation, and market research to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote products/services.
- Engage with potential customers through direct outreach and promotional events.
- Identify and approach target audiences to generate leads and drive sales.
- Distribute marketing materials and gather customer insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Report campaign performance and market trends to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel for marketing activities and events.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
