Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and promoting our products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a proven track record in sales. The candidate should be a self-starter, comfortable working in the field, and willing to travel to meet clients. The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting clients, establishing relationships with manufacturers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients to promote Online Instruments' products and solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.

- Coordinate with manufacturers to understand product specifications, pricing, and availability.

- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

MBA in Marketing or a related field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the AV or technology industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Dynamic personality with a go-getter attitude.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
