Executive - Event Management (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- An event executive is responsible for making plans of the event keeping the mind the requirements of the client.
- He/she is responsible for managing supplier relationships and ordering and production of products, equipments and items.
- Another responsibility of an event executive is to communicate with the client regularly and understanding their needs, event expectations and requirements.
- An event executive is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, quality delivery and exceptional project quality.
- Responsible for to travel on the site to inspect the ongoing arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit the need of the client.
- Another responsibility of an event executive is to plan the event according to the budget and make sure that spendings are as per plan.
- An event executive is responsible for providing leadership, direction and motivation to the project team and ensure that they are performing their duties as delegated.
- Another responsibility of an event executive is to train new employees of the event organizer company and take part in the recruitment and hiring process.
- An event executive is also responsible for handling finances, accounts and other kinds of paperwork.
- It is the responsibility of an event executive to see to it that the event goes smoothly and has no glitches.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in coordination, event management
