Scalenut is a SaaS enabled fully managed marketplace for on-demand business services. At Scalenut, businesses can find various services at fixed prices, with pre-defined workflows & milestones, and delivered by top freelancers. Currently, the platform is offering fully managed content development services.
Role:
Scalenut is looking to add Enterprise Sales Manager to it's growing team. The person would be a part of the core leadership team of Scalenut and would work directly with the founders. It's an opportunity to build a large global brand for professional services and completely redefine how work is done today.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end sales for domestic as well as international markets
- Own the top-line and LTV growth
- Drive and build the sales funnel
- Work with the Marketing team to build the brand and generate the right leads
- Set up systems and processes to manage the entire sales funnel (lead generation to closure)
- Build the sales team and manage the existing team
- Create sales decks and conduct product demos to prospect clients
- Handle contracts and negotiations with small, medium, and large enterprises
- Work with existing clients to increase LTV
- Handle and manage key accounts
- Establish and manage Channel Partnership program
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- End to end B2B sales management
- Entrepreneurial and self driven with multi tasking ability and out of box thinking
- Ability to educate enterprise clients about new services and technology products
- Knowledge of using right technology tools to improve processes and conversions
- Capability to build and manage large teams
- Process creation and management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Persuasive speaker and proven negotiator
- Very passionate about building new businesses
Education and Experience :
- Tier 1 / 2 college (with or without MBA)
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales - a proven track record
- Strong background of revenue growth
- 1-2years of experience in International Sales
