Executive - Enterprise Sales (3-8 yrs)
Role Overview :
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our AI & ML training solutions to enterprise clients. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Create and execute strategic sales plans to engage enterprise clients in need of AI & ML training solutions.
- Lead Generation : Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Solution Selling : Tailor our AI & ML training solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our training programs.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver customized proposals and contracts aligned with client needs and company goals.
- Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Market Feedback : Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of selling training, learning solutions, or technology products to enterprise clients.
- Knowledge : Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies. Experience in selling AI & ML solutions is highly desirable.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Negotiation Skills : Strong skills in negotiation and closing, with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Relationship Building : Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
