Executive - Email Support (0-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Well versed with MS Office packages like MS Excel. MS Word
- Good knowledge of Outlook Mails.
- Able to communicate mails properly.
- Any backend/MIS experience would be an added advantage
- Assisting professionals through chats
- Drafting mails and sending them on behalf of others
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Knowledge of Mass- Mailing, drafting mails, chat support
- Experience as Backend Executive or similar role would be an added Advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Working Days- 5 Days working ( Sat-Sun off) /Day Shifts
Fixed Shift Timings- 9 am - 5 pm
Note: We are strictly looking for immediate joiners only.
Location- RDC, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad !
Education- Graduates/Post graduates can apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 20-24 k per month
