The Job :
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
- Develop a lead generation strategy
- Create smart email lists
- Increase email subscriptions
- Analyze data to get smart insights
- Suggest methods for improvements
Ideal Candidate :
Key competencies :
- Excellent Communication Skills(Written & Verbal)
- Good composition skills (should be able to write grammatically correct emails/responses)
- Experience of handling International clients
- Experience of Inbound Voice Process
- Willing to work in Night Shift
- Decent Typing speed is also expected
- We are hiring Graduates/ Under Graduates who have good English communication.
- Candidates with BPO English Voice process or Chat process experience are highly preferred also ready to work in Night Shift:
- Experience: Preferred 6 months to 2 years ( Freshers can also apply ).
