Job Summary:
Skep IT Systems Pvt Ltd is spearheading recruitment for Robu.in (Macfos Ltd) We are building a High-Performance Sales/Electronics Sales here at ROBU.IN (Macfos Ltd.) & have
vacancy for B2B Electronics Sales Executive to join our team. Please note this position is
only suitable for at-least 1 -3 years- of experience into a sales Profile role.
Number of Positions: 02 Required.
Experience: 1 to 3 Years' experience in Sales/Electronics Sales profile for Electronics/Mechanical or Engineering Products & Components.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech -Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication.
Salary Structure: Fixed Salary + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.
Sales Incentives: Rs.1,20,000/- or plus Per Annum, that is Rs. 10,000/- or plus Per Month purely based on Target Achievements.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15days
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written).
- Good Convincing skills.
- Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details of Electronic Products and is approachable to the customers/clients.
- We are looking for someone who has knowledge and sales experience about electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on.
- Basically, someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.

Job Responsibilities:
The Major Job Responsibilities that the B2B ELECTRONIC SALES EXECUTIVE will handle are:
- Achieving the Sales Targets.
- Maintaining average margins.
- New Customer additions and Customer retention.
- Analyse needs of customers/clients and consult them accordingly.
- Recommend products, equipment's or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
- Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
- Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles.
- Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.
