Executive/Education Counselor - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Position: Sales Executive for Education Counsellor
Location: Thane, Central Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
Area of assignment: Sales (Front End/Field)
Customer Engagements: B2C, B2B, Corporate Sales, End Consumers.
Experience: Minimum 1 year field sales experience mandatory
Preferred Industry: Banking, Insurance, Consumable Products, Consumer Goods, Electronics.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
No of openings: 1500
Skill : Candidate should be fluent in written and spoken Marathi.
Job Profile:
- Visiting schools and other events with reporting manager for data collection
- Attending meetings (visiting parents- place), as scheduled given by manager
- Negotiating payment and pricing
- Developing sales strategies
- Following up on business leads and referrals
- Travelling to various client locations
- Meeting sales targets
- Candidate should be fluent in written and spoken Marathi.
Prerequisites: Laptop is mandatory to fulfil KRA;
Hence candidates who wish to use personal laptop will get full salary,
Candidates who don- t have laptop will be offered employer provisioned EMI scheme i.e. approx. INR 2,000 deduction from salary for laptop allocation within 6 months cycle.
Laptop needed/allocated will be bare minimum i.e. worth INR 9,000-10,000, upon emi completion/fulfilment the laptop belong to the candidate/employee.
Positions Available: Executive - Team Leader - Asst. Manager - Manager.
Special Conditions for Managers: Quarterly review mandatory, hence MIS awareness recommended.
Probation & Perks: 3months probation and based on performance appraisal on position and salary.
Roster: 11:00AM to 08:00PM with Wednesday as weekly off.
Salary: 15K to 25K (+Travel Allowance = 1K), Maximum stretchable to INR 35k in hand (Managers)
