- Handling Telephonic Enquiry/ Online Enquiry
- Counselling to Online Enquiry & Converting Into Admissions
- Sales
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and -Productive Output
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
- Handling Revenue Collection From Students
- Trainer & Students Grievances handling
- Handling administrative work
- Proper Reporting & MIS
- Quality Check & Feedback from Students
Skills needed :
- Sales Skills to achieve Target Sales of the month
- Excellent Persuasion Skills
- Great Communication Skills
- Target Oriented achieving Sales Closures
- Friendly to generate trust of the enquiries over phone itself
