Executive - Direct Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Position : Direct Sales Executive for Life Insurance
Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive for Life Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to clients within assigned territories
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and cold call on potential clients to promote our life insurance products
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them choose the right policy
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns
- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
