Executive - Direct Sales - IT (3-7 yrs)
Bond: 2 years Security Contract
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Role: Direct Hospitality Sales Executive
Work Mode: Hybrid (Cab facility available on both sides)
Office Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, by demonstrating Solutions, advancing the sales process, and handling negotiations.
- Responsible for achieving New Booked Business (NBB) targets, while closely collaborating with Sales Representatives to manage the sales funnel and drive revenue.
- Identify and actively pursue Key Accounts, creating personalized action plans to engage with them.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce.com.
- Track and report on sales activities within the system.
- Work closely with the Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years experience in software sales with a proven record of revenue generation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Previous exposure to commercial sales.
- Familiarity with the local market territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries like SaaS, mobile apps, and analytics is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, ethics, and integrity.
