Executive - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Do Cold Calling on the Lead-Based Data.
- Pitch to walk in Clients.
- Too Close, the Leads Provided by the Company.
- Should have Knowledge about the Product.
- Achieve Sales Targets.
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
Sales Manager Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team
WORK EXPERIENCE :
- 2-4 years In Insurance/Banking/Finance/Securities
- 1.5 Years in insurance sales is desirable.
