Responsibilities and Roles :
- Gather, develop, and equip a group of knowledgeable insurance representatives.
- Create an environment where providing excellent customer service is the norm.
- Analyze market trends and continuously monitor sales success.
- To stay ahead of the competition, analyze market trends and competitors.
- Use networking to seek out new clients aggressively.
- To increase the number of clients, engage in prospecting and actively participate in industry events.
Qualification Standards :
- It is mandatory to graduate.
- 2+ years in sales and marketing.
- Age range : 22-38 years.
- Candidates must have lived in the area for at least 3 to 5 years.
