Executive - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
As a Direct Sales Executive, you will drive new business by generating leads, meeting customers face-to-face, explaining insurance products, and closing sales to achieve personal and team targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and prospect leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years in direct sales (insurance preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours as required.
