Job Title : Direct Sales Executive
Summary :
The Assistant CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting current and savings account products. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers to open CASA accounts through various channels.
- Product Promotion : Actively promote current and savings account products and services to new and existing clients.
- Customer Engagement : Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their banking needs and recommend suitable accounts.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Market Research : Analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Age 21 to 32.
