Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- You have to make a team for your work
- Work as a team leader
- Connect more & more people in your team and and motivate them
- Achieve your goal by your team
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Having Best Communication Skill
- Degree - any Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in sales & marketing ( Field Sales )
- Team handling experience & knowledge required
