Executive - Direct Marketing & Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)

Job Description

Responsibilities:-

- The DME would work as feet on street for the promotion of programs which comes with assured placement in leading Financial institutions

- The DME would be involved in out reach travel, local visits, outdoor promotional activities like participating in events, employment exchange, local development institutes going to market for data collection, visiting NGOs, local panchayat, rural villages.

- The primary objective of the DME is lead generation for required amount of walk-in of job seeking eligible candidates on the out reach activity, counsel them, complete the documentation, collect payments and make them reach the training venue and onboard the partner organisation

- Job involves extensive travelling every week of the month to tier 2 and 3 towns for sourcing and mobilization, every week 4-5 days shall be out of Delhi travel reimbursed by company.

- To conduct various BTL activities at the outreach location to generate database of job seeking candidates.

- To provide the regular update and feedback; daily reporting and DSR.

- To adhere to the process and discipline of IFBI and partner organisation.

- Ensure monthly targets of walk-in generation, joinings, registrations are met.

- This is a lead generation role, database has to self generated out of BTL activities and graduate passouts connects.

- The role of STH Executive (we call it as Source train hire executive) is a direct sales and marketing role.

- Company is into education and training and has various businesses catering to career education, school education and corporate training. The Sales Executive pportunity is for the career education business where it offers educational products like courses and certifications for candidates and an assured placement after taking these courses and certifications.

- The courses and Diploma programs can be in BFSI, Digital marketing, Software Engineering etc.

- The Executive will work on projects given by our esteemed clients from BFSI and BPO, at a particular location.

- The executives will be responsible for generating leads of students from the targeted areas and pitch for our educational products. They will have to get leads from colleges, coaching classes, NGO- s, local panchayat etc and arrange for promotional activities.

- The executive will also be responsible to coordinate for the interview and selection process to ensure delivery of the requested batch size of students to the clients.

- The role require extensive travel and Travel allowance will be over and above the CTC.

- The person appointed for this position will play an important role in getting students/graduates placed in various industry and jobs and hence we are looking for candidates who not only want to do well in sales and marketing function but also have a bent towards education industry.

Skill Set:

Pleasing personality, Aggressive on sales, Some experience of working in target based environment, Self motivated and energetic

Required Qualification/Education:

Any Graduate: BCA/MCA/BTECH Not allowed, must have min 1 year of hard core field sales experience

Note For Candidates: Only male candidates with Base location Delhi will be preferred. The candidate needs to travel in the entire region for 20 days in a month to other towns & also villages Rounds of interview- HR + Face to face - Connaught Place Delhi office + Online behavioral test.
