Basic Requirements:


- Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)

- Passionate about Sales

- Self-Motivated

- Goal Driven

- Proven sales experience

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

- Computer use competency

- Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays)

Job Responsibility :


- The role of the Sales Associate is among the most important roles.


- As an Sales Associate you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student.


- Contribute to the revenue of the organization through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you. As a Sales Associate.


- You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.


- The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.


- Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns.


- Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth.
