Executive - Digital Sales (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Present and pitch advertising solutions that align with clients' goals and budget.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to deliver successful campaigns.
- Stay updated on media industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in sales, preferably in media (Digital/Print/Radio), advertising, or related industries
- Strong personal connections with agencies & advertisers East region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Knowledge of digital advertising and emerging media trends is a plus.
- Excellent Knowledge of English, Hindi and working knowledge of Bengali is essential for this role.
