Executive - Digital Operations (1-3 yrs)
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with stakeholders at local level.
- Coordinate with HQ and replicate all global communications and marketing contents at local level in India.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update on various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Support the trade partners in onboarding / elevating their online / digital marketing activities
- Train the Sales Team on the digital content.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Who we are looking for:
- The candidate will be reporting to IMEA Customer Marketing Head.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in handling Company Communication, freshers can also be considered.
- Preferred experience in eyewear, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG sectors
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA in marketing or relevant field
