Executive - Digital Marketing - Wellness/Fitness (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities Skill/Experience Requirements :
- Maintain brand image by answering customers' queries.
- Keying in the potential leads to the CRM system
- Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social platforms and highlight the same to the management through regular reports.
- Promptly respond to our brand audiences within a specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with our brand worthwhile.
- Maintaining a database of queries handled and leads received on a daily basis.
- Ensure participation in all team reviews and meetings.
- Ensure adherence to the 4 pillars of holistic health and maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain fit.
- Promote the brand value and the vision of the Company in all interactions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills Quick Learner Self Motivated- handled engagement on social media
- Excellent Communication in English
- Brand Community management - Handling comments, manage followers etc.
Educational Qualification : Graduate in any field, pref communication
Work Experience : Minimum 2 years of exp handling social media
- Experience of working on any sales CRM
