About the Role :
- As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will own the majority of the marketing funnel and deliver against ambitious performance targets for our global customers. You will work closely with Joveo's digital marketing, ad ops, customer success, design, product, and engineering teams to build and execute digital marketing campaigns to make our customers successful with their high volume hiring needs.
- To ensure success in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of social and display ads (particularly Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter), conversion tracking, campaign/ad operations, programmatic, a data-driven mindset, focus on client success, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Key responsibilities :
- Set up, optimize and report on Facebook, Google AdWords and programmatic campaigns from the initial briefing stage through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Ensure the health of your accounts and spending budgets in full.
- Come with a deep understanding of campaign management and optimization strategy (bid management, tactics, data and audience analysis, etc.)
- Extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client reports.
- Continually evaluate Programmatic strategies from your owned accounts, identifying testing and account growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, engineering), agencies and clients to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Work on supporting the digital marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree, MBA in Marketing preferred
- Atleast 3-5 years core Digital Marketing experience running conversion tracking & traffic based ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, Twitter and more channels.
- Practical Experience with industry tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM's like Hubspot / Salesforce, and Conversion/Pixel tracking set-up across platforms
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms like #DV360, #Tradedesk
- Startup experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work on UK and US timings, and late nights (Monday to Friday)
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- High levels of creativity and a data-driven mindset are a must.
- Great communication skills, both spoken and written English to deal with senior management as well as clients.
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail required
- Self-starting, with a sense of urgency
