Job Details :

- Maintains ownership of all digital channels like Website, mobile apps, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter).

- Assists in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

- Plans and monitors the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

- Launches optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

- Actively involves in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

- Prepares online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

- Provides creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Collaborates with designers to improve user experience

- Measures performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)

- Acquires insight in online marketing trends and keeps strategies up to date

- Maintains partnerships with media agencies and vendors

- Manages the media planning and budget management.

- Manages external agencies, ensures business needs and requirements are implemented with high quality and within service level agreements.

- Manages the email marketing program. Defines email calendar plans, segmentation, measurement, and internal communication in the context of the overall marketing plan.

- Acts as advisor/expert for the company in terms of digital platforms and relationship marketing including industry best practices and trends.

- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
