We are looking for a full-time professional with 2 to 5 years of work experience to work in a Digital Marketing Executive role - reporting directly to the Company Management/Founders in a US based Hospitality & Real Estate start-up with the vision of forming/making a unicorn brand.

Ideally, you will have a similar level of work experience & the wish to drive a start-up's exciting growth journey; are results-oriented, ambitious, driven to earn top dollar & travel globally as part of business. Responsibilities :

- Company website development, and social media content creation

- Content development to attract partners, employees, customers

- Development of eCommerce websites for direct booking of vacation rental properties

- Sales and partnership marketing materials, web pages with call to action and honey pots, drip email marketing

- Understand demand and booking patterns, support Customer Management and Business Operations Team.

- Create, write and upload listings to booking channels such as Airbnb. Work with photographers and local experts to develop content that provides guests the confidence to book with us. Optimize photo selection and order to increase conversion. Use techniques to improve search rank, page views, and conversion. Use cognitive psychology and UX Design principles to find the right balance in the content.

- Maintain and update accurate information relevant to our listings and customer queries. Employ Hot Tub Condos- ethos, voice, and tone to prepare FAQs and canned messages. Perform quality audits for grammar, style, and accuracy.

- Develop and implement a communication strategy for the company - with the objective of maximizing five-star reviews and minimizing potential for guest complaints and compensation

Remuneration :

- Rs 5-6 Lakhs p.a. Salary + Up to 40% Monthly Bonus on exceptional performance. Rapid salary growth in line with the company growth targets.
