Job Description :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Development :
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Attending conferences, launches and networking events; strategizing accordingly to improve digital marketing
- Assist with paid media - including liaising with digital advertising agencies
- Affiliate marketing- allows other businesses/ affiliates to sell products/ services on their website. The affiliate is paid a commission for each customer brought
- Negotiate with media suppliers/ affiliates to achieve the best price for clients
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
- Creating and posting content for newsletters and email campaigns. Creating content for listing platforms, websites and maintaining/ updating activity
- Digital Presence
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Creating and maintaining social networking platforms.
- Creating graphics and designing components for adverts, website, company pages, and printed media
- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
- Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting. Analyzing website traffic and improving SEO. Design website banners and assist with web visuals.
- Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of the website and make an improvement to generate traffic.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion rate
KEY SKILLS :
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other Ad serving tools
- Website analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics
- Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Editing and writing content (blogs/ articles) for various digital platforms.
- Video editing for the website and social media content
- Web development skills and sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript with Word and Powerpoint skills
- Project management skills for handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
