Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website and listings.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement lead generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, social media profiles, and online reviews.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
