Executive - Digital Marketing/Paid Media (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Execute Google and Bing paid search ads, display ads and video ads
- Execute Facebook and LinkedIn conversion ads as well as remarketing
- Be very well versed with Google & Facebook Policies that lead to rejection of campaigns.
- Very strong knowledge on audience targeting is important
- Be ready to individually setup and optimize paid search & social campaigns
- Manage keyword and product level bids related to budget and performance targets.
- Identify optimization opportunities to reduce budget and increase conversions.
- Communicate with the manager about spend strategies, performance and opportunities.
- Track and share daily performance metrics relative to topline growth goals.
- Hindsight campaign initiative performance as well as forecast KPIs on upcoming launches.
- Request creative and allocate budget weeks in advance of planned initiatives.
- Monitor search results and ever-evolving best practices.
- Have to look for programmatic advertising opportunities
- Plan and propose media channels and campaign types to achieve objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, offerings in paid Search & social media, competitive landscape and any new opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with large data sets, Excel, and analytics tools.
- Strength in both critical thinking and creative thinking.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Paid marketing
- A love for data and an ability to analyze a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
- You can think outside of the box to offer solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently but is also a team player
Qualification: Graduation
Experience : 3 years plus
